Jairo came on a Sunday with short notice. Our Rheem Tankless water heater had no hot water. It was a challenge for my family considering we have a young one in the house. He showed up professionally and explained things that may be causing it and his charges if I decide to move forward with the repair. He diagnosed it correctly and even had the part to fix it versus having to order it. He even helped us with the shower faucet handle thats been loose for about a year. He also checked my dishwasher thats been draining incorrectly while we were waiting for the water heater descaling. At the end, water heater working perfectly, Shower faucet handle secured and dishwasher drains smoothly. His total service charge was reasonable and minimal versus if I went to get service from the bigger Plumbing companies who were all not available on a Sunday. Thank you Jairo!!
