Copper theft is one of those problems no property owner ever sees coming - and it can knock out your water supply fast. That's exactly what happened here. The copper on this main water line was stripped, and we needed to get things back up and running with a solution that would hold up long-term.

We rebuilt the affected section using Schedule 80 PVC. If you're not familiar with it, Schedule 80 is a heavier-duty, thicker-walled pipe than what you'd typically find in a standard repair. It's built to take more abuse - whether that's pressure, impact, or exposure to the elements. On a commercial property that's already dealing with vandalism, that extra durability matters.

The line runs along the exterior wall and connects into a ground-level access box. Getting everything properly routed, fitted, and secured takes more than just swapping out pipe. We made sure the new section was tight, well-supported, and positioned in a way that keeps the system functional and accessible for future maintenance.

When something like theft hits a property, the pressure is on to fix it fast without cutting corners. We focus on practical repairs that actually solve the problem - not quick patches that leave you calling a plumber again in six months. That same mindset carries into everything we do, from water line work to slab leak detection and repair.
